Museums
The inhabitants of an entire village have contributed to create the Folk Museum of Ano Asites, wanting this way to preserve the history, traditions and customs of their land.
In the village of Avgeniki there is a folklore museum which is temporarily not working.
Renovated House of Nicholas Krasadaki ex. Mayor of Heraklion.
The House that was the paternal home of Nicholas and John Krasadaki, which was donated by his heirs. The House was renovated with expenses of Mrs Troymf-Lyritzaki.
At the cultural center of the Prophet Elias Parish there are Museum exhibits ecclesiastical character.
In the Office of the parish there are several items that a visitor can be seen.

-Traditional Costumes. The women Costumes have made themselves by the women of the village.
