The winery & distillery "Crete" Apostolos Nik. Vergitsis in Dafnes Herakliou founded in 1989 having been a 30 year tradition in the house wine, known in the market of Crete as "Vergitsis".

The proposed route follows the road Heraklion-Mesara, starting with the node of Giofyro. The node turn left and follow the signs toward Degrees.
